Discounted Services for Active Military
In honor and in gratitude of those in all branches of the United States Armed Forces that serve our country to protect our freedom, mental health services at this practice will be offered to active duty personnel at a reduced fee. The active duty fee schedule is as follows:
Initial visit (90 minutes) - Waived at No Charge.
Follow-up visits are $100 (regardless of time duration).
To qualify and receive the discount, proof of ID is required, such as an active duty nonexpired DOD-issued card. These rates will remain available as appointment space and availability permits.
